Refund Policy
No refunds on deposits, original Claim payments or final commission sales
Shipping damages/insurance claims
All shipments will come with insurance to cover the total sale amount. If goods arrive damaged or do not arrive as indicated by the tracking data, please contact the seller within 3 business days. The buyer must retain all package contents and packing materials, and provide photos. The shipping company will decide if damages are covered by insurance. The seller will file a claim unless the buyer requests otherwise and it is agreed upon by the seller.
Claim payments
Claims are not guaranteed and depend on the carriers decision. If the claim is approved by the carrier, the buyer will receive a full refund based on the sale price.
