Shipping Policy
All portraits will be packaged in a protective sleeve and packing materials to protect the image from damage. All original art will be mailed priority mail with appropriate insurance to cover any damage incurred during shipping. Art work is not returnable or refundable

Commissions: Contact me at tracywintn@yahoo.com BEFORE purchasing a commission. All commissions are subject to artist approval based on quality of reference pictures. 50% non-refundable deposit due when commission accepted. Up to 2 minor edits for free prior to final acceptance (subject to artist approval). Major edits may require additional fees. Full payment due prior to shipping.
Custom commissions take up to 4-6 weeks to complete depending on size and complexity.
Original artwork purchased from shop will be shipped as above within 3 business days.
